Incorporated on 16 March 1995, Sarawak Incorporated Sdn Bhd (SISB) is a wholly owned company of the State Government of Sarawak through the State Financial Secretary Incorporation (SFS Inc.)

SISB commenced its operation in 1998 with the aim to become the strategic investment arm of the State Government of Sarawak.

As at 31 December 2022, the paid-up capital of SISB is at RM39,680,000.00.
